Sunset Barracuda Fishing

Experience an authentic afternoon fishing trip in Sfakia with me and my boat at sunset.

The activity begins from the port of Sfakia at a time adjusted according to the season and daylight, and lasts approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes.

After boarding the boat, we follow the wild coastline of Sfakia, fishing for barracuda using trolling techniques and fishing rods. As we move along the coast, you will enjoy impressive rocky landscapes, small sea caves, and the natural beauty of an area that remains authentic and untouched. This is real fishing, not a tourist performance, so the outcome depends on weather conditions and fish behavior. The barracudas we usually catch weigh around 1–1.5 kg.

During the trip, up to two people can fish at the same time, sharing rods and fishing time, just as on a professional fishing boat. At the same time, you can relax and enjoy the sea, the colors of the sunset, and the peaceful atmosphere of the area.

If there is a catch, you may take the fish with you if you wish. Fresh fruit and local wine are offered on board, while juice is available for children. The experience ends with a return to the port of Sfakia, leaving you with a simple, authentic, and relaxing evening at sea.
